Harp and Crown Credit Union donate to RUCGC Widows Association

Police Widows Donation

RUCGC Widows Association team L-R: Iona Meyer MBE (Secretary), Edwina Tester (Chairperson) and Irene Moore (Treasurer) are presented with a £1,000 donation cheque from Siobhan Barclay, Harp and Crown Credit Union CEO.

In celebration of their 25th Anniversary year, the Harp and Crown Credit Union is delighted to announce several charitable donations.  One of which is very close to the heart of the wider police family in Northern Ireland.

A donation of £1,000 is going to Royal Ulster Constabulary George Cross (RUCGC) Widows Association. 

RUCGC Widows Association was formed in 1980 to help improve the quality of life for RUC widows and their families. 

Siobhan Barclay, Harp and Crown Credit Union CEO said: 

“Harp and Crown Credit Union has made several charitable donations over our 25 years of operation, many of which are police family focussed.  RUCGC Widows Association is very close to the heart of the wider police family and our Harp & Crown members.  We are delighted to be able to support their great work in this way.”
