Contacting us by email at creditunion@harpandcrown.co.uk is the easiest and quickest way for us to deal with your request, whether that's to open a new account, apply for a loan or withdraw shares (online option available also from your account).  If however, you are unable to access email, we are happy to accept completed forms via post or by calling into our offices during open hours.

JUNIOR SAVERS

Eligible members can set up a savings account for their children / grandchildren aged 0-15 years.  Find out more HERE.  Set up a new Junior Account today by completing our joining form.  Or email us should you wish to withdraw funds in the future (option to complete the form below).

We understand personal circumstances may change for our members.  We would appreciate it if you could notify us of any changes to your details as soon as possible, by completing the relevant forms below:

Once you have downloaded and printed off any of the above forms, please complete in full, sign, scan, and send it to us via email to creditunion@harpandcrown.co.uk or post it in to the office. You can also telephone, or call in to the office and complete paperwork in person during our opening hours Monday-Friday between 9.00am to 5.00pm.
